my windows explorer eror

i have a question and i hope theres some one else who can help with my problem.
each time i close windows explorer there an eror message :
Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience. then i check the problem using start ---> run --->
eventvwr.msc.
i search the error in application after that in the eror show message :
