My wife's e-mail is set up "on be half of" why?

In the sent from line in a sent e-mail it states my e-mail address sent on
behalf of my wife. I want her to be able to send her own with just her name.
How do I do this. I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

Configured to Exchange? Then give her Send As permissions on the Security
tab of your user object in AD U&C.
