My Webcam doesn't work

I dont know why my Webcam doesn't work with MSN Messenger 6.1, it cant display anything but it showed a black screen.
I've gone through the Audio and Visual setting wizard and it can display well during that.
Can Anyone help?

Greetings Philip,

What type of camera is it? The Audio/Video Tuning Wizard actually tests the "Video
Conference" feature (click the Actions menu, then 'Start Video Conference' to use it) whereas
the 'Webcam' functionality is controlled using the Tools menu, Web Camera Settings option
(which is probably black in your case).
