My volume goes up by itself

My volume control keeps going up all by itself and when i turn it down it
just goes back up again. it's really annoying not only because when a sound
plays, it's as loud as possible, but also because the volume shows up on the
screen in green over the top of everything else on the screen and stays
there. I can't see what's behind it to read, type, or anything else. I've run
AVG 7.5, System Mechanic Professional 6, SpySubtract, Windows Defender, Ad
Aware SE Personal, Windows Live One Care and they all say that everything is
working fine. This is really annoying and I don't know what to do! Please
help me.

It goes up and down even when I'm not touching the computer at all, and
sometimes it makes light beeping noises. Please help me!

I have the same problem.
and someone told me its a hacker..
am not sure though.. looked a bit around but couldnt find any solution over
te internet. Keep tryin to search though.
