I HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY AND A TRIAL KEY MY MICROSOFT OFFICE 2003
DOES NOT WORK WHEN I PUT MY TRIAL KEY IT SAID IS NOT VALID SO WHAT CAN I DO

Please don't type in all CAPS if at all possible, it makes your posts more
difficult to read, and is deemed by many to be the equivilent of SHOUTING...
If nothing else, you will get flamed by a few people for doing it.

As to your key problem, all I can suggest is checking that you aren't typing
Ones instead of Ells, or Oh's instead or zeros or similar.

Have you used the trial key before to try Office?

If you are certain that you are typing that key exactly, and you've not run
the trial (or a trial) of Office before, then you probably need to contact
Microsoft, or download / obtain a new copy of the trial software.
