My system restore tab is no longer there!

click on Start and the select Run. In Run type in: (copy the command within
the quotation marks!) "rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection
C:\Windows\Inf\sr.inf "

Insert installation CD......................worked for me,

This I got after trawling the net for help......seems to be a common
problem.
Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.
