My subform is not saving information, why?

I have created a database and have been using it for over a year. My
co-workers started using it recently and asked me to make a few changes.
When I made the changes, my subform stopped recording data. I have tried to
re-do it, but it is not working. I do not want to have to re-do everything,
can someone help me figure out why the subform won't hold data?

What changes did you make to your form? Obvious something you did caused
the problem.

What happens when you attempt to add data in the subform - an error, can't
set the focus, what?
