You need to use Ctrl-PrtScrn (to get an image of the active window) or
Alt-PrtScrn (entire screen).

Actually, PrintScreen captures the entire screen; Alt+PrintScreen captures
the active window or dialog.

And, to answer the question, SysRq will not, normally, affect you getting a
screen print.

The key is actually incorrectly labelled on virtually all modern keyboards
and, although it is possible to write code which will distinguish between
SysReq and PrintScreen it would be very unusual and for all practical
purposes you can assume that the key is simply the Print Screen key and
ignore the fact that it also says SysRq.

And unless this is a laptop keyboard (with which I have no familiarity) F11
is totally irrelevant as well.
