my save page does not show webpages when I use save or hyper link

When I go to in 2002 frontpage to save or use hyperlink the screen that comes up always shows you you entire website in the window to choose a page. Mine does not do that. I need hel

You need to open the Web site first (via File, Open Web)
and only then open individual pages.
