My reports are not generating in BCM!

The message says the report cannot be generated. In addition I can not find
report on my tool bar. I use the drop down menu off Business Tools. When I
look for help MS tells me to go the the report toolbar and click help? Where
is it? Thanks.
 
Remove and reinstall BCM...this has fixed this problem for many...including
me.
