My Recyle Bin has some issues

Can someone please help me..............I no longer have a "Recylce Bin". I have a folder called "recycled files" but I cannot permaently delete the files contained in the folder as it just keeps putting them in the same (stupid) folder

Any thoughts????

Hi Mark,

Just download the patch given below and double click the file, confirm
Merging registry and you will get back the Recycle bin.
