my quick launch doesnt start w/ windows

for some reason my quick launch stopped starting with
windows, it used to start automatically. now i have to
right click taskbar and select it everytime in toolbars,
its quite annoying

Set it properly, then run this edit:

Save Settings on Exit (Line 54)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
