My program is locked, and where is the product key?

Well, i wanted to write a report today but i my word 2007 is locked and i
can't type anything or use barely any features. I think it has to do with me
not having my product ID. my office was installed already on he computer
before i got it. So where do i get the code? and i already checked under my
laptop and it says product ID, but it didnt't work when i typed that in.
 
What was installed on your laptop was a trial version, which as now expired.
You will have to pay for a license in order to unlock it.

The number on the bottom of the laptop is for Windows, not Office. If you
paid for Office when you bought the laptop, then the product key was
included somewhere in the paperwork. Unless you specified that you wanted
Office, you only received a trial version.
