Locked document.

I installed Microsoft Office Home and Student on my laptop a while ago. I
never put in the product key. Now all of my documents are locked, even when I
open new ones. I finally out in the product key and activated the software,
but every document I open, old or new, is still locked. How do I unlock?

The timed trial will have started when you installed the product, not when
you activated it. I suspect it will now have expired.
