this is the famous **** Gates' Windows key that didnt even work in SP1.
it has been pirated and therefore has been disabled

Hey ... Don't you know ??? Never to give out your
license key codes ... All you are doing is causing
problems after problems for yourself infact thats
probably why you are having problems now .... I would bet
many people know your codes and are trying to use
them ... Don't expect microsoft to help you out , I doubt
it if they will , only thing i can see them telling you
now is you have to buy a new license ... good luck

It's one of the CD-Keys that was mass pirated.
So using this CD-Key to install XP that Service pack recognises it
will not install.

Seriously, if you really didn't know this - that product key is a
well-known pirate version. If someone sold it to you as legitimate,
they cheated you. If not, well you shouldn't be surprised that you have
troubles now. If you want to use the XP operating system, you'll have
to buy a legal copy.

meant - the key no longer works, is that you cannot activate, you shall
contact Microsoft for activation issue.

Lol..that was a known pirated key. He didn't loose anything.

Sindi your key is a Volume License key. Contact Microsoft and give them the
key number and where you got it from. They will give you the proper advice.

won't offer one bit of helpful advice, accept "go buy a proper version
