My Processor Doesn't Work?

have you tried booting the board outside of the case with only video, cpu
(with heatsink/fan of course), and one stick of ram? just to be sure it is
not grounding to the case itself. reset the cmos to clear all settings, and
then try to power it up. be sure to keep children and small animals away so
they don't get fingers, toes or other appendages caught up in the cooling
fans!

if it is still a no go, then you will probably have a doa board.
