My printer won't print - HELP!!! PLEASE...

I've tried everything! I've turned of the printer and
unplugged it for 10 seconds, I've turned off my computer
and unplugged it for 2 minutes, replugged, turned on and
restarted the computer, I've pushed both the printer
power button and the paper feed button at the same time.
I've refilled the ink jet, I've checked for paper jams,
I've used the step by step Microsoft troubleshooter...
nothing seems to work... The printer power button and
paper feed button blink continuously off and on... what
next??? Help, anybody, PLEASE!!!

What make and model of printer is this?

If the LEDs are flashing, check the printer manual or printer manufacturer's
website for the correct interpretation of the flashes... count them and
determine whether they are all the same length.

Sounds to me like a defective print head...
