You're asking in the wrong place, love. The Microsoft webpage can be
confusing - the "access" in this newsgroup's name refers to the
database software Microsoft Access.
You'll need to find the webpage of your printer's manufacturer and
take a look at the technical support pages there. Microsoft doesn't
manufacture printers, so looking on Microsoft's webpage won't help!
