My Pictures Thumbnails

In My Pictures folder in XP Professional, the thumbnails
have become greyed out.

I downloaded Tweak UI, but I am not aware of amending
anyhing in the thumbnails section of View

Have you tried refreshing the folder? If so:

Restore Icon View - Line 4
Restore Thumbnail Views - Line 17
Enable Thumbnail View - Undo - Line 227
