My Pictures Missing

THe term"My Pictures" was listed under "My Documents"
grouped with"My Videos","Ny Music" etc.so that when you
went "explore" ,My Pictures was listed as a selection.
It is no longer there, and when I add a shortcut,and drag
it to my documents,it does not show up in my documents
when trying uo use other editing programs.
Hoe do I get "My Pictures" back so that it shows up when
going to My Douments via explorer in other programs?Any
ideas would be appreciated.

Download TweakUI and under My Computer -> Special Folders, you can see where My Pictures is
currently and relocate it as well.
