My Pictures freeze when I try open them.

Anyone can assist. I cannot open my Picture on my Documents. I cannot even
get inside to delete anything. It freezes and gives me error message:
Internet Explorer encountered an error and needs to close. If I try again I
also sometimes get a Dr Watson error message. If I try save my scans to it
the error reads file not found?

Create a new account, and Import the old data and settings.

Are you opening them in Thumbnail view?

I recently had a file that crashed windows every time any program tried to
show the thumbnail of it.
