My PC can not find boot device

Whenever I turn on my pc, I receive the following error.

Controller Bus#00, Device#1F, Function#02: 06 Ports, 01 Devices Port-00:

and then a message ''no boot device found'' and after restarting the computer, everything works fine.

Please help to solve this problem.

Few more details would be helpful please..What OS aare you running ( Linux by chance) How do you connect to the net..? Do you have any flash drives or External HDD's plugged into your USB ports when this error appears...?

I am using windows Vista Ultimate, I connected to internet through a wireless broadband, and there is no usb devices or external devices connected to my computer. Please help
