Outlook My Outlook Messages have a Paper Clip

My Outlook Expess Messages have a Paper Clip, all of them, and there are NO ATTACHMENTS!!
Wht do all my messages received have that paper clip icon next to each message. It has been going on for a couple of weeks.
Please, someone help!
