My Outlook adds email addresses from all received mail to my Cont.

My Outlook seems to automatically add the email address of all received email
into my Contacts and address book. Does anyone know how to change this
setting?
 
There is no such setting. Outlook does not and cannot do this natively.
Check for viruses and add-ins.
