I'm getting messages from a couple of folks who say their emails to me are
coming back as "undeliverable"....is there something I need to tweak, before
I do? :-)

Your message post body doesn't match your subject.
Which is it?
1. You can't send? (subject)
2. People can't send to you? (body)

If # 2, make sure you gave them the correct email address. You might try
sending them a message, and see if they can reply. Or perhaps your Inbox is
full on your email account server. Log on to your email account's webmail
portal to see.

Huh? What does your "outgoing mail" have to do with "their emails to
[you]"?

Are their messages available on your email account's web-mail page?

#2, I have the same email addy for years, but since switching to Windows
Mail, some, no all have mentioned that THEIR replies or emails come back to
THEM as undeliverable. I just sent myself two test messages, and I didn't
get them. I did check in with the Web of Yahoo mail, junk file, etc....and
nothing. Does this help with my problem?

In that case, that would be *their* outgoing mail, and your *incoming* mail.
Your post title and text don't match.

Yes, very much so.

If mail to your *correct* address is not being delivered and isn't visible
on the web interface, contact your mail provider. The problem has nothing
at all to do with Windows or your mail client, the problem is at the server
level.

Re-test from the web interface - send mail to yourself from there, and see
if it's received, again in the web interface. If it is, copy and paste the
address you used into a Windows Mail message and try again. Pay close
attention to error messages and watch the web interface for the message
passing through. You may need to turn ON "keep a copy of the message on
the server" in the Advanced tab of the account configuration.
