My newsgroup replies don't show up in the newsgroup new list.

I am using 98 SE and OE v. 6.0+ on my laptop.
I have subscriptions to several newsgroups thru my internet provider.
I can post new messges on the newsgroup list but cannot get replies to
existing messages to appear. I get a screen that asks me if I want to send
to group or individual and I click on group (group) is in the To: header.
Then I get another screen that says "your message may not show up on the list
for a short time". Then the message appears to be sent....but goes into
black hole.


I've also tried sending responses to individuals but they don't get them
either.

This is also the case with my desktop where I'm using XP Pro and OE v. 6.0+

What can I do to start getting replies posted to the newsgroup and/or to
the individual that posted the original message???

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
