I deleted the news button from the toolbar by using the reset toolbat button.
When I went to reinstall it on a toolbar, it is no longer in the GO section
of the commands tab in the customize dialog box, or on any of my toolbars.
How do I get the news button back?

Open IE and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs. Select "Outlook Express"
from the "Newsgroups" drop-down. If OE asks if it should be your default
newsreader, click the "Don't ask me again" box and click No. You should now
have the News item in Customize again.
