My "News" button has disappeared from my Go Menu in MS Outlook Ma.

I have MS Office 2003. I successfully customized the Go Menu to include the
News button for access to News Groups. I used it once and closed the News
window when done.
Now the News button is not in the Go Menu and I cannot find it.
I also tried reinstalling it, but there is no longer a News command
presented as a choice for the Go Menu in the customizing box.
I would like to know how to get it back to be able to access News Groups.

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.

You may need to reset the menu or toolbar using Tools, customize.
