My Network Places is SLOW

The MY NETWORK PLACES is taking anywhere from 60 - 90
seconds to display network servers. In addition, if a
share name is entered \\server\share, the system is just
as slow.

Several computers in the company have the issue but not
all WinXP systems. The Windows 98 desktops respond
noticibly faster.

Any ideas???

Also, as My Network Places is a legacy application (in
terms of 2K/XP), you may benefit from installing a WINS
server if you havent already?
