My Network Places Hangs

When I first click on My Computer, then click on My Network Places, I briefly
see my Wireless AP, My VOIP Router, and my other shares on the network for
about 1/2 second. Then it goes blank and the bottom left of the window just
says "searching..."

If I go to the Task Manager it says it's Not Responding.

It was working fine a week ago. Since then I have rebooted my wireless AP
and router throught their respective web page utilities. I'm wondering if I
should just power everything down and bring it all back up in order from
Router to AP to each laptop in order. The uPnP in My Network Places was
working fine for a while showing my Wireless AP and Router. Any thoughts?

One other note is that this machine having the problem is Windows XP Home
Edition and it has Microsoft Broadband Network Utility installed, which does
properly show the router IP address and the other machines connected to the
network.

All connectivity to other computers and to the internet is working fine.
It's just the "My Network Places" issue that's annoying.
