My navigation structure is in bits!

Hi everyone, new here! I've managed to build a website using a FrontPage
theme, this has been a learning experience, never done anything like this
before. I've been toying with an on-line form, and fiddling around as one
does. Now, my navigation structure appears to be in pieces, no main pages
are linked to anything else, and my link bar has disappeared from the left
hand side of the page, and I cannot get them back. I did change the name of
my home page, as the page banner said simply 'Home' which is not what I
wanted, I think this is where the problem started. The site in the sig
below is the remote site, I haven't yet re-published, and don't want to
until this problem is solved. Help?
