My Music Folder Not Accessible

I re-installed windows due to a java script problem. My Documents
folder was on D drive so it did not get deleted when i formatted C
drive during installation. Now I find that the old (as the new windows
installation has the folder in the default C drive) My Music folder is
not accessible, it shows a size of zero, I cannot delete it and the
files in it are gone. I cannot even delete it in Safe Mode.
I have SP2 and all latest updates. Virus scan clean. Spyware scan Clean.
 
Have you tried changing the location of My Documents (by right-clicking on
it) to the D:\ drive?

I did not get what you said. The new my documents folder is different.
This is the MY Music folder from older installation of Win XP Home.
