My Monitor

Hi everyone,
My monitor is doing very strange things. Ive tried to make adjustments to it
such as re-installing video cards and other things. But the when i try to
make changes to the monitor tab under control panel, it tells me that I have
a default monitor and Im unable to click on the properties tab. My monitor
also is showing the wrong time which is very weird and I have changed it more
than once. I guess this could have something to do with the "default
monitor." Can anyone HELP!!

First scan your system for any bugs, its your computer
that changes the time not your screen, it also could be
that you need a new battery in your computer
