My messages aren't showing reply arrow. What's wrong?

I recently switched from Outlook Express to Outlook and am perplexed as to wy
email messages no longer display a returned message arrow. Do I have to
manually set this up? If not, how do I know what emails I've returned and
which I haven't? I can't imagine having to look in the the "Sent" box every
time to double check.

You should have an envelope icon by each email. If your emails don't,
customize your Current View by right clicking on the header at the top of
your emails & choosing Customize Current View, then pick Fields. Add the Icon
column to your Fields.
