My messages are being blocked by Spamcop

Emails to two friends (so far) have been blocked because I am detected as
spam. Recently I have been showered with unwanted spam trying to publicise
shares. I want to stop the spam (never the same IP) and I want to be able to
email friends.

SpamCop's web site describes how to remove your IP address or range.
