My MARQUEE in stationery shows up as { CONTROL DefaultOcxName }

In Outllook 2007 , worked fine until I upgraded

Its all html, or am I missing something?

Outlook 2007 does not support all of the HTML features available.

MSDN that covers what is supported. Marquee is not on the list, not
surprising since it was an IE only tag, not supported in other browsers.
