well, will I'm typing or writing in word or even mail, the cursor " insertion
point"
goes to another line in the paragraphs which makes a lot of mistakes . i
can't write a whole sentence because of it.
it goes anywhere , not at the same sentence line I'm writing.
so please help cause i don't know what to do.

yea a laptop " TOUSHIBA" with a touchpad but i'm using an optical mouse, but
even if i used the pad not the mouse it do the same .

It's quite possible that your thumb is accidentally touching the Toshiba's
touchpad as you type. They are quite sensitive and this can cause the cursor
to jump. You'll just have to get used to keeping your thumbs in a position
where they're clear of the pad. I had that happen when I bought my first
laptop.

Yup, its common when you are getting used to a laptop. Some laptops (like my
HP) have a button to turn off the touchpad - you might see if you can do
this and if you have the same problem afterwards. If not, it's a thumb issue
:)

Besides the other good advice you got in response to your response to me,
one other question: Is your mouse on any sort of reflective surface?
Anything other than just a plain solid color. Sometimes this throws off the
optical sensor. I've seen it twice with those mousepads Dell used to give
away with a reflective geometric pattern on them. The reflectivity of the
diamond pattern throws off the sensor. I hope Dell STILL isn't giving them
away.
