My inbox quit displaying name of sender.

When receiving emails, the id of sender is suddenly not appearing. How do I
reonfigure so that I can see the sender before opening emils?

You can reset the "Messages" view. This can be done one of two ways.

1) Restart Outlook with the /cleanviews command line switch. (e.g. Start >
Run > outlook.exe /cleanviews > Ok button)

- This will delete all custom views and reset the built-in views like
messages back to their first run look.

2) Select View > Arrange By > Current View > Define Views. Highlight
Messages and the select the reset button.

- This only resets the view you have highlighted back to their first run
look.
