My IE Settings automatically changes

I have set my IE browser to use blank page as my homepage. For the first
time I open the browser, the screen is in blank but when I click on the
Tools, Internet Options... and check the HomePage, it was always changing. I
already scan my computer but found no virus. Anybody can help me solve this
problem?

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).

don't use internet explorer as the browser hijackers are
coded for it. wild tangent is spyware.

don't "click on install this to run" when you visit a web
site and you won't get browser hijackers

mozilla.org for browser 'firefox' .
