My Help--> Index is gone

I have 3 tabs in the Help window: Content, Answer Wizard, and Index. Content
is apparently working okay. The other two are blank. The used to work okay.
 
You're beyond help, obviously.

Right-click any toolbar. Select Customize. Right-click the Help menu. Click
Reset.
