plz let me know how to fix this messenger service which is coming on my
screen after every 30 seconds. if u anyone of u have a solution to this

If the message indeed originates from the Messenger Service,
then you are dangerously exposed to the Internet.

Disconnect from the Internet.
Get a firewall set up.
( Windows Firewall which comes for free in XP-SP2 is fine)
If SP2 is not installed, install it.
Install a good Anti-virus program and keep it updated.
Run a virus scan.
Visit Windows Update and pick up all the critical updates since SP2.

Open command prompt type in "net stop messenger" or click 'start' > 'run'
and enter "services.msc" this will open the services applet, find the
messenger service and stop it, then disable it. Then as Ron suggested, get
yourself a firewall, XP SP2, Symantec or Zone Alarm!
