The technical information is:
*** STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x804FED0F)

I think it restarts if I turn off the computer after running PowerDVD 4
(standard package that came with my computer) in my computer. If I don't run
that software, it seems to be ok.

what can I do? Please help. Thanks

Have you Googled "STOP 0A"? There is a wealth of information to be had
there.
