My embeded OLE image only shows the file name and not the image

I created an embedded OLE control and was successful in getting some images
to show in my forms. However, something must have changed on my office
installation or on my computer because now, when I add an image, the form
only displays the name of the file (photo.jpg) where the image should be. Is
there a setting or something I have to install to make the images appear.
There is another computer in the office that is able to put the pictuers in
correctly and I can see those pictures on my computer, but ones added from my
computer don't work right. Please help.

Yes - I was told that this happens because (in my case) I installed office
2003 on top of office xp. Office 2003 doesn't use the same MS Photo editor.
I had to get the office xp disk and reinstall the photo editor.

As soon as I did that, my photos came back and I can now add new ones.

Side-NOTE: I am still having the problems with an explosion of the size of
my database as a result of this method.
