my emails dont get send

why do my e mails sometimes get send and sometimes not ??
I have outlook set so that i will get a delivery receipt and read receipt
that is the reason i know my mails get send only sometimes :-(

Since the honoring of your receipt requests is totally at the discretion of
the recipient, receipts are not a good measure of whether or not your
messages were sent.
