my email receipents are not receiving my attachments

many of my email receipents report that they are not receiving my email
attachments while others in the same email are receiving the
attachments.....what can the problems be?

One reason may because you're sending your messages in Rich Text and only
someone using Outlook will be able to see the attachments.
