my email attachments aren't received

When I send an email with attachments, sometimes the recipient doesn't
receive the attachment, even though it shows up in my the email once it gets
to my sent emails folder. My business requires me to send attachments -- any
ideas?
 
Try setting your message format to plain text or html and consider disabling
Word as your e-mail editor. (Only Microsoft Outlook understands Rich Text
Format.)
