My EDIT command and pull-down menu is missing in Outlook 2002 -- .

In Outlook 2002, the Edit command is missing from my toolbar! Does anyone
know how I can restore this? Thank you!
 
Go to View, Toolbars, Customize, Options and make sure you are showing Full
Menus. Also check to see if the standard toolbar is fully expanded and Edit
and File are visible.
