My E mail is redirecting to my wifes account: help please!

I am set up with tiscali broad band with an E mail adress for myself and
secondary accounts for the family. Since upgrading Norton Internet security
2003 to Norton Internet security 2005 my incoming E mails are being directed
to my wifes account. I can still use this account to send but many of the
recieves end up at my wifes acount under my e mail address. ISP checked out
all their items and advise that it is clear and the problem is on my PC.

Can you please help

Thanks

Do you have multiple POP accounts, or a single one with aliases?
Do you have multiple Outlook profiles? What version of Outlook do you use,
and what service pack (and mode, if applicable) do you use? See Help | About
for this information.

I use Outlook express 6. I also have installed XP service pack 2.

I do not know if I have multiple POP accounts but I do have two E mail
adresses which both usuallly end up in my inbox. It is the later e mail
address which is sometimes redirected to my wifes account.

Thanks & Regards, PC.

In that case your Q should be posted to an OE newsgroup, Outlook is a
completely different app.

Ah - you've posted in an Outlook group. OE is a totally separate
program....try posting here:

microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

If you're accessing the Microsoft newsgroups through the MS Product Support
Services Community Newsgroups web interface, click
http://communities.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.asp?icp=InternetExplorer
to get to the Internet Explorer groups, then click the plus sign next to
your version of IE to see the link to the Outlook Express group for that
version number.

A good website for information on OE is:
http://www.insideoe.com/

However, if you want mail separated out into separate inboxes, you should
have more than one POP account, and more than one Outlook Express identity
set up. Check with your ISP on the POP account.
