My drawing program no longer works.

When I try to start my software I get an error, all of
this is after the sp2 update.
I couldn't resolve the problem so I decided to reinstall
my software, the problem is after the file exctration fy
the windows wizard an error, the same error comes on, the
error is as follow:
D:\windows\system32\autoexe.nt. the system is not
suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows
applications. choose 'close' to terminate application.

So now I can't even install my program that I need?
any help is appreciated.
I would like to avoid formating and starting from scratch.
