We performed a non-destructive recovery on our computer a
few weeks ago. You know how you can set up different
user names for logging into Windows (XP)? Well, after
the system recovery, all the identities were erased.
But, the documents folders remained in tact. I am having
a problem with my My Documents folder, however. I had it
set up so that I was the only one who could access it
through my identity. Now that the identity is gone, the
folder is still sitting there, but we cannot access it
from any of the other user names. A message pops up
saying this folder "is not accessible," and that "access
is denied." Is there another way to access this folder?
I had some pretty important files there that I need. I'd
appreciate any help.
